History
The Harris Firm was formed by Mr. Harris in December of 2003,
when two previous medical device clients suggested that he
take on their docket of work personally. Not wanting the
chance to start his own practice slip away, he set out to
create a firm that provides excellence in the field of intellectual
property legal services. Thus far, it has successfully grown
into a prospering and respected law firm that provides preparation
and prosecution of patents and trademarks, drafting and negotiation
of patent licenses, and strategic advice regarding the intellectual
property positions of his clients.
The firm is steadily realizing its vision. In July, The Harris
Firm added significant work in business method patents, adding
to its already substantial healthcare-related intellectual
property practice. The firm is poised to expand by adding an
additional attorney in the near future to increase practice
strengths to an even broader range of technical and functional
specialties.
The Harris Firm’s successful evolution derives from
Mr. Harris’ commitment to delivering legal services of
the highest quality and superb client service, as well as his
adherence
to high ethical standards and professional collegiality. He
is pleased that the firm is achieving prominence and now has
the resources, talent, and reputation to attract clients worldwide.
