International Capability

Our experience and contacts enable us to coordinate our client’s intellectual property management effectively and efficiently.  This service includes such protections as foreign patent, trademark, and copyright filing, license negotiations, preparation of joint venture agreements, oppositions and litigation and arbitration of all rights and agreements.
